Ariane Hebert, CRMTA 000546

These techniques serve to increase circulation of blood and lymph, soften and relax the tissues, reduce cortisol levels in the body (the stress hormone), and provide a generalized sense of relaxation for the client. She will use her knowledge of the anatomy to tailor a treatment fit to her patient needs. Ariane has experience in offering prenatal massage, dynamic cupping and dealing with chronic pain injuries such as frozen shoulders and plantar fasciitis.

The need to help others has always been something I've striven to do. Being a massage therapist gives me that chance. I believe in keeping a balance of work and play lifestyle, not just for myself but for all of those that come into the clinic. It doesn’t matter if it’s spending time at the gym, hiking, or just sitting in the park reading a book just having that balance helps promote a better recovery.
The patients that I have met working at Apex are the reason I love working here. Not only have they made me part of their road to healing/recovery but it’s because of them that I have been able to grow so much as a Therapist and a person.
