I have studied martial arts and music for most of my life and have put my passion of movement and music to my massage practice. Keeping the body flexible and able to move when you want is important. To be able to aid clients to better their well-being through massage has become a passion of mine.
Treatments can vary depending on ones needs. I have experience in Thai massage, reflexology, acupressure, deep tissue, therapeutic, sports and relaxation massage as well as prenatal and postnatal, cupping techniques and stretching.

Ariane welcomes every client with a caring approach, looking for key elements that will allow her to personalize her treatment to every patient. Communication is an important part of her initial assessment and will help her to determine the right blend of techniques for an efficient treatment. She believes in a massage using a slower pace, while remaining firm. These techniques serve to increase circulation of blood and lymph, soften and relax the tissues, reduce cortisol levels in the body (the stress hormone), and provide a generalized sense of relaxation for the client. She will use her knowledge of the anatomy to tailor a treatment fit to her patient needs. Ariane has experience in offering prenatal massage, dynamic cupping and dealing with chronic pain injuries such as frozen shoulders and plantar fasciitis.
Ariane is a graduate from a 3000 hours massage therapy and is native from the province of Quebec. She is happy to offer a service in both, french and english. In her spare time, Ariane like to spend time outdoors, hiking or biking in the rockies.
Graduating from a 3000 hour massage therapy program 2 years ago, Felicity has developed her massage style into one focusing on therapeutic relaxation and long term healing. She likes to use a slow pace in her treatments to address the tension of affected muscles as well as calm the mind allowing the body to relax even further. While relaxation is often her focus, Felicity does also provide firm deep tissue, therapeutic massage, prenatal/postnatal and works with children.
With her background as a certified yoga instructor and education in personal training Felicity very much enjoys working with clients to provide stretches and exercises that are realistic for each individual lifestyle. She cares deeply about the long term wellness of each client she treats and works to create homecare plans that ensure continued healing and feeling of increased comfort.
