Heba is passionate about injury prevention and assisting patients with chronic pain. She believes that simple aspects of body movement and posture are key to leading a healthy lifestyle. Her approach focuses on identifying the root causes of pain and dysfunction while providing holistic remedies for a better functioning body. Her treatment includes a range of techniques such as joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, muscle energy techniques and fascial release.
Beyond her practice, Heba stays active as a dance instructor, ballerina, pianist, and swimmer, continually enhancing her understanding of movement and related injuries. She is well versed in athletic therapy and preventative care, with a goal of educating her patients about their overall well-being. Outside of her professional pursuits, she loves drawing, painting, and travelling.
Heba graduated as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner from the National Academy of Osteopathy in 2022 and holds an Honours Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology (specialising in Rehabilitation Sciences) from the University of Waterloo. This diverse academic and personal background allows her to offer a well-rounded approach tailored to a variety of lifestyles.
