Lymphatic Drainage

General introduction

Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle, non-invasive hands-on therapy.

It is a very light touch technique which helps to move the fluid of the lymphatic system towards the lymph nodes and to clear congestion.
It will continue to assist the movement of the lymphatic system for 48-72 hours post treatment and help to increase the production of immune cells, supporting your immune system.
Common conditions that can be helped with MLD include, but not limited to edema, jetlag, sinus complaints, brain fog issues, pre/post surgical work, post infection complications, chronic infection/ autoimmune issues, stress related issues and so much more.
