Our

Team

Every Apex Massage Therapist is registered with an accredited association in Alberta. That means each one has an equivalent or minimum of 2200 hours of training.

Why is this important?

Because we want you to experience consistent results regardless of which therapist you might see. Our therapists offer receipts for insurance reimbursement for massage therapy.

Every Apex massage therapist works shorter shifts

Why is this important?

Because the last massage of the day should feel as good as the first massage of the day.  The way we take care of our therapists guarantees it will.

Every Apex massage therapist was carefully chosen to join our team and are in alignment with our core values to deliver truly client-focused massage therapy.

Why is this important?

Because we believe the only way we’ll build a true connection with our clients is if we live and breathe our philosophy.

Our therapists make your needs their top priority. They share ideas and treatment notes so you experience their expertise.

If they know someone else is perfect for the job, they will tell you.

You can be certain, every step of the way, the Apex team is working together to provide you with the best treatment possible.

"Our mission is to provide exceptional service and care in a professional massage clinic, while encouraging our loyal clients to be proactive in their health through regular treatment, education and body awareness."

You may have seen me around the clinic as I have been a receptionist at Apex for about 2 years! I graduated with my 2200 hour massage therapy diploma from Mount Royal University. I love therapeutic massage and the mix between relaxation and deep tissue. I provide a supportive, judgement free environment to help you through your healing journey with a treatment catered to you and your goals.

Throughout my schooling, I loved working with children and youth as well as expecting mothers and am excited to continue my education in these areas moving forward.
In my spare time, I love being with friends and family playing games or being outside but I especially love cuddling up with my puppy!
