Every Apex Massage Therapist is registered with an accredited association in Alberta. That means each one has an equivalent or minimum of 2200 hours of training.

Why is this important?

Because we want you to experience consistent results regardless of which therapist you might see. Our therapists offer receipts for insurance reimbursement for massage therapy.

Every Apex massage therapist works shorter shifts

Why is this important?

Because the last massage of the day should feel as good as the first massage of the day.  The way we take care of our therapists guarantees it will.

Every Apex massage therapist was carefully chosen to join our team and are in align with our core values to deliver truly client-focused massage therapy.

Why is this important?

Because we believe the only way we’ll build a true connection with our clients is if we live and breathe our philosophy.

Our therapists make your needs their top priority. They share ideas and treatment notes so you experience their expertise.

If they know someone else is perfect for the job, they will tell you.

You can be certain, every step of the way, the Apex team is working together to provide you with the best treatment possible.

"Our mission is to provide exceptional service and care in a professional massage clinic, while encouraging our loyal clients to be proactive in their health through regular treatment, education and body awareness."

Ariane Hebert

Ariane welcomes every client with a caring approach, looking for key elements that will allow her to personalize her treatment to every patient. Communication is an important part of her initial assessment and will help her to determine the right blend of techniques for an efficient treatment. She believes in a massage using a slower pace, while remaining firm. These techniques serve to increase circulation of blood and lymph, soften and relax the tissues, reduce cortisol levels in the body (the stress hormone), and provide a generalized sense of relaxation for the client. She will use her knowledge of the anatomy to tailor a treatment fit to her patient needs. Ariane has experience in offering prenatal massage, dynamic cupping and dealing with chronic pain injuries such as frozen shoulders and plantar fasciitis.

Ariane is a graduate from a 3000 hours massage therapy and is native from the province of Quebec. She is happy to offer a service in both, French and English. In her spare time, Ariane like to spend time outdoors, hiking or biking in the Rockies.

After suffering from headaches most of my life I sought help from an RMT. Following each treatment not only did my headaches disappear, I felt refreshed and relaxed! Having a career in healthcare interested me, so I enrolled at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax. I have always been fascinated with the anatomy and physiology of the human body, so naturally I love my career choice and how diverse and challenging it is!

Anastasia Wilcox

Anastasia graduated from MH Vicars in June 2014. She gravitated towards working with athletes because of her background in sports. She enjoys doing deep tissue & injury rehabilitation. Anastasia uses a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofacial release, origin & insertion along with active and passive stretching. She has completed a course specifically related to shoulder and rotator cuff concerns. In her spare time she coaches synchronized swimming.

Oh hey there!!!!
I'm Danny Flores!!!
I graduated 2 years ago from Makami colleges 2 year 3000hr program. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Theraputic, Relaxation, Hot Stone, and most recently TMJ level 1 (hopefully Level 2 soon).

The need to help others has always been something I've striven to do. Being a massage therapist gives me that chance. I believe in keeping a balance of work and play lifestyle, not just for myself but for all of those that come into the clinic. It doesn’t matter if it’s spending time at the gym, hiking, or just sitting in the park reading a book just having that balance helps promote a better recovery.

The patients that I have met working at Apex are the reason I love working here. Not only have they made me part of their road to healing/recovery but it’s because of them that I have been able to grow so much as a Therapist and a person.
